Who do I contact if I have a maintenance request?

As an approved tenant, you will be given a WHPM Tenant Handbook that outlines our maintenance procedures. Your Agent will also go over, at length, these procedures and will answer all questions you may have. Safety and communication are our #1 priorities.

When is rent due?

Rent is due by the 1st of the month. Rent received after the 1st of the month will be considered late and will be subjected to the Hawaii State authorized penalties.

Where do I make my monthly payment?

For your convenience, we collect monthly rent through an online portal. Paying through your tenant portal is a guaranteed way to make sure that your payment arrives on time and is processed using our very secure and state of the art software. Please inquire for more details.
