West Hawaii Property Management, LLC is the result of a dream of its hardworking founder who saw the potential for a higher standard in Long Term rentals after a long career in Vacation Rental management. Owners can be at ease knowing their property is being rented and maintained, while their tenants can truly relax knowing we are always nearby.

Long Term rentals are properties that have an occupancy that exceeds 180 days (6 months). We strive to be of service for our Hawaiian island residence. There is nothing more rewarding than relieving the stress of rental property ownership. We take the burden off of your shoulders so that you enjoy a stress free experience.

Currently we manage over 70 long term rental properties, with the majority of these being condos, homes and estates located along the Kona Coast and Kohala Coast of Hawaii Island (Big Island).

Our Long Term Rental department is made up of Becky Wilson (Owner / Property Manager / Accounting) and Gary Turner (Principle Broker), who have a combined experience of over 35 years in the business.
